For successful change you need a clear vision, an environment that enables the change and the right balance of top-down push and bottom-up co-created insight of what it means in practice.
I have gained praise by bringing different stakeholders together, using clear communication and finding courage to drive things to the right direction even when it is not easy.
COMMUNICATION
Constant change needs good communication as its partner. Without communication, the change may not be clear or will be learned through the hard way.
I master organizational communication especially when it is needed to create change, purpose and clarity.
If necessary, I don’t stay behind the texts, but perform fluently in front of an audience both remotely and live.
MODERN WORK, FACILITATION & TRAINING
To create change in the era of hybrid work, one needs technology. I am fluent in using digital collaboration platforms.
My skills in facilitation bring the best out of meetings and workshops. Retrospectives are one of my favorites as they enable continuous learning.
Training others is my happy place. I have done it the most regarding communication and the topic of the following chapter.

I have supported many organizations in developing a trust-based company culture, employee experience and well-being at work.
For example, I have helped the management to understand how different management practices affect employees or how value-based culture enable people to be more self-driven.
At its best, company culture empowers people to take action and implements the strategy.
